The xèo of Dinh Cong Trang

Bánh Xèo 46A began as a small street-front shop at 46A Dinh Cong Trang, District 1 — devoted to exactly one dish: bánh xèo. The kitchen opens onto the street, the cook at the pans all day, the “xèo” sizzle ringing out. In 2024 the Michelin Guide awarded it Bib Gourmand.
