Tips
- Order the tai lan — The shop’s signature — 75k, deluxe 90k. Wok-seared beef, few shops do it.
- Eat it Northern-style — Lime, pickled garlic, Northern sauce, crullers — don’t look for raw herbs or black hoisin; there are none.
- Come on time — Mornings 6:00–11:00 (Sun till 10:30), evenings 17:00–21:00 — closed at 21:00, no late night.
