A roastery in the heart of Saigon — where the slow Vietnamese phin ritual meets the Western brunch table: eggs benedict, one pan breakfast, bánh xèo tacos.
Open 7:30am–9:00pm daily · brunch served until 4:00pm
Phin & Bean begins with the two words in its name: the phin — Vietnam’s drip-brewing filter — and the bean, roasted in-house. Every glass of cà phê sữa đá here follows one ritual: the phin drips, unhurried. And when the last drop falls, a hot brunch plate is already waiting beside it.

Workshop style: raw wood, black steel, a blue corrugated wall, rows of brass pendants. The ground floor holds the brew bar; upstairs, a glass-walled balcony looks over Đa Kao street — the corner the café calls its "favourite corner".
