Story

Lacquer, fire, and twelve courses

NOM is a contemporary Vietnamese tasting room in Tân Định — where Vietnamese cooking is distilled into a single 12-course menu each night.

The room

Entering NOM is entering a lacquered room: dark timber, deep-red cabinets, and the wooden pagoda-roof chandelier above the chef's counter. Warm light, the quiet kitchen — every sense primed for dinner.

02

The food

One menu each night: twelve courses across four movements — opening, sea, land, and sweet. Seasonal produce, contemporary technique, and a Vietnamese spirit in every plate.

Recognition

In 2026, NOM was listed as Michelin Selected in the Michelin Guide and received the 2026 Opening of the Year award — recognition for a newly opened contemporary Vietnamese dining room.
