One small card, one big philosophy

“a space to enjoy coffee, not just a coffee shop.” — Mew Roastery was born in Da Lat in 2021, mid-pandemic, from the question: how far could Vietnamese coffee go?

In Saigon, it all fits in 20m²: one island bar, one barista, and handwritten cards telling you what you're drinking. Guests call it “bedroom-sized yet full-fledged in every well-caffeinated right”.
