mew began in da lat in 2021, mid-pandemic — from a question: how far could Vietnamese coffee go? the answer: lighter roasts, fine robusta, locally grown arabica, and direct handshakes with every farm.

They roast micro-batch in-house, visit farms every harvest season, experiment with processing — and bring Vietnam's experimental varietals to market. Mew's philosophy: “a space to enjoy coffee, not just a coffee shop.”

In Saigon, everything fits in one 20m² room: a dark-walnut island bar on a sage base, a barista brewing in front of you, a wall of pour-over drippers mounted like art — and a handwritten card placed beside every cup.
