Our story
A home for the countryside taste
Three kitchens, three ways of cooking — gathered around one flame.

Chapter The North
The First Flame
The kitchen began with Hanoi's dishes — charcoal-grilled bún chả, field-crab soup, the flavours of the old quarter.

Chapter The Central
The Heat of Heritage
Then the kitchen added a Central wing — little-bowl bánh bèo, mì Quảng, dishes from the sun-and-wind coast.

Chapter The South
The Southern Table
And finally the South — claypot braised fish, sour soup, the generous dishes of the riverlands.
“Cook like the countryside — slow, rich, and always room for all three regions.”— The Home Cuisine kitchen
