The taste of the countryside, one hearth for three regions
Home Cuisine gathers the flavours of North, Central, and South Vietnam into a rustic countryside-style space — wooden tables, clay pots, and dishes cooked with patience.

A flavour for every region
Three kitchens, three ways of cooking — meeting under one roof.

Three dishes from the hearth
No prices are shown on this page — the dishes are described so you can picture them, and served in full at the restaurant.
Hanoi Grilled Pork & Rice Noodles
Charcoal-grilled pork patties with fresh rice vermicelli, herbs, and a sweet-sour dipping broth — Hanoi the way generations have eaten it.

Central Steamed Rice Cakes
Delicate steamed rice cakes in little bowls, topped with shrimp floss, crispy shallots, and scallion oil, served with a light fish-sauce dip — the intricate taste of the heritage coast.

Southern Claypot Braised Fish
Fish caramel-braised in a clay pot with coconut water and cracked black pepper, rich and generous — made for steamed white rice.

A home for the countryside taste
Why three regions meet at 28 Pham Ngoc Thach.

The First Flame
The kitchen began with Hanoi's dishes — charcoal-grilled bún chả, field-crab soup, the flavours of the old quarter.

The Heat of Heritage
Then the kitchen added a Central wing — little-bowl bánh bèo, mì Quảng, dishes from the sun-and-wind coast.

The Southern Table
And finally the South — claypot braised fish, sour soup, the generous dishes of the riverlands.
