Jade, gold and dark wood
There is no facade — the restaurant lives inside the hotel. Crystal Jade Palace turns on three rooms: the grand hall with brass lanterns, the jade-and-gold room with teal napkins and gold lattice screens, and quiet private rooms with a hand-painted magnolia mural.

Dining as ritual
The restaurant publishes no priced menu online — here is what the tables here revolve around: dim sum, wok-fired rice and noodles, and the round-table ritual.
