Story

Eaten one course at a time, in order

MIURA is a quiet omakase counter on Suong Nguyet Anh, where the meal keeps one rhythm: appetizers, sashimi, hot dishes, sushi, soup, then dessert — unhurried and quiet.

The room is the first promise: pale wood, quiet stone, soft light — a small counter in Ben Thanh kept deliberately spare, so every attention falls on each course.

The house menu is posted in seven groups — overview, appetizers, sashimi, hot dishes, seasonal sushi, soup and dessert — and follows the seasons: dish names may change with the day's catch and ingredients. The house posts names but no prices anywhere, so this page invents none either.

The house opens two seatings daily, lunch 12:00–14:00 and dinner 18:00–22:00, all week. Reserve ahead — the house confirms your table and quotes pricing when you book.
