Omakase, lit by yuzu
A modern omakase counter on the third floor of Thủ Khoa Huân — each evening's courses decided by the chef, brightened by Japan's citrus, the yuzu.
Two seatings daily · 12:00–13:30 + 18:00–22:15

The counter
Chefs, front and center
Every seat faces the wood — the fruiting yuzu tree at the center, the chefs working inches away, ice carvings melting as the evening moves along.
Two seatings daily
Lunch or dinner
The kitchen runs two fixed seatings, seven days a week. Reservations are required — walk-ins are not seated.

The yuzu
The citrus that names the house
Yuzu brightens the whole room — a fruiting tree behind the counter — and the plate too: zest, juice, and kosho lifting each rich cut of fish.
