矢澤 — from Tokyo to Dien Bien Phu
A temple to wagyu — one beef only, served one way: omakase.
Yakiniku Yazawa began in Tokyo, with branches in Kyoto, Beverly Hills, Milan, Singapore and Hanoi. The Saigon branch is Vietnam's only address serving exactly one beef: Japanese A5 Wagyu — Japanese Black beef — presented in more than seven forms, including sushi.
The beef is chilled — never frozen — through the whole journey from Japan, imported directly by the brand itself. The service team knows every cut and leads the evening at the grill. The house's self-declared honors: Asia’s 50 Best Discovery 2022, Robb Report Top 25 (2023–2025), Tatler Vietnam Top 20 (2025).
And the discreet philosophy: luxury that doesn’t advertise — “if you know, you find it.” An unmarked stone wall on the busiest street, opening only when the city lights up. That is Yazawa: hidden in the street, radiant at the grill.
