Omakase in the dark, formed by hand
A traditional omakase counter hidden upstairs on Pasteur — a PIN-code door, one long light-wood counter, and the chef's hands working in a pool of light.

Behind a PIN-code door
You get the code at booking, open the door, climb the stairs — and there it is: one long light-wood counter, black chairs, a bonsai alcove, and nothing else. The room is dark on purpose; each plate arrives in its own pool of light.
Three tiers, one full omakase
Three courses share one full structure, priced by tier — from ₫3,500,000 to ₫5,500,000 per guest, before VAT and service charge.

Every piece, by hand
Nigiri is never touched by a tool until it reaches you — kuruma-ebi passed from the chef's fingers to your palm, bluefish cut and smoked over binchotan in front of your seat.

Dinner only, Tuesday closed
One evening service, 17:30–22:30, Monday and Wednesday through Sunday. Closed Tuesdays — reserve ahead and arrive with your PIN.
