The cast-iron pot lid — the grill is the brand
SSACK SSRI doesn't grill on an ordinary iron grate. Every table gets a black cast-iron pot lid — a wide dome where pork fat sizzles into the drip channel, a wire-rack ring around the lid for kimchi, mushrooms and onions. At the center of the grill, a foil cup of bubbling corn cheese — the proper Korean pairing for seared pork belly.
The table is set Korean-style: banchan filling the table — kimchi, bean sprouts, wrap greens, perilla leaves — meat scissors on the table, hot stone-pot soups, and the signature cold noodles on the side. The room is simple and unpretentious: wooden tables and chairs, a proper neighborhood Korean BBQ hall.
At lunch the venue serves 8 lunch sets on wooden trays (10:00–15:30) — dolsot bibimbap, kimchi stew, beef bulgogi — with the two best sellers marked. In the evening, the pot-lid grills fire up until 23:30.
