From multi-layer agroforestry to a dark gallery room.
SHIN Heritage was born with the wish to become a heritage icon connecting people who love coffee — a pure, enduring home for Vietnamese specialty coffee.

SHIN's journey began in the pioneer coffee lands: Son La (arabica at 1,200–1,500 m, washed), Khe Sanh, A Luoi, Pleiku and Da Lat. SHIN pursues multi-layer agroforestry — growing coffee under forest canopy to sequester carbon and keep the soil.
At 27 Luu Van Lang, Ben Thanh, SHIN opened the SHIN Heritage showcase: a dark gallery room with a coffered charcoal ceiling, track spotlights, a terracotta-tiled bar, a heritage mosaic floor runner and amber-lit display niches.
SHIN's artisans make coffee with hands, mind and a passionate heart — sit at the bar, smell, taste, and hear the barista tell the story of each origin and hand-brewing method.
