Story

From Taiwan's kitchento Cong Quynh

A Taiwanese chef, his wife, and the food of home — served on Cong Quynh since day one.

Jeffrey is a Taiwanese chef who brought his home kitchen to Cong Quynh: braised beef noodles the way Taipei makes them, dumplings folded by hand, and spices imported from Taiwan so the flavors stay honest.

He runs the room with his wife Tam — regulars know them by name. The menu covers all the bases: noodles, rice and sauteed dishes across pork, beef, seafood and vegetables, cooked the original, traditional way.

At night the red sign lights up Cong Quynh and the steam does the rest. Come hungry, leave with the taste of Taiwan still on your tongue.

“We sell high quality Taiwanese dishes in the original, traditional way — with spices imported from Taiwan.”
