炎Teppanyaki, a theatre of fire
A U-shaped teppan counter inside New World Saigon — the chef grills on the steel plate in front of you, wagyu and sashimi plated on black slate, every set course with its own flambé moment.

The flambé moment
Ibuki’s light is fire: oil blooming into flame on the steel plate, tongues of fire against black iron. Every dinner has this moment — not decoration, but how the food is cooked.

Three sets, three flames
Three set courses at the house’s listed prices — Tsukiji-market sashimi, Australian A4 Wagyu and Miyazaki A5, served across many plates.
The fire keepers

Ibuki’s kitchen crew — tall pleated toques and white coats around the steel plate every day. In teppanyaki, the chef both cooks and performs: knife, spatula, and the flame at the right moment.
Lunch and dinner, every day
Open all week: lunch 11:30–14:30, dinner 17:30–22:00. Inside New World Saigon Hotel, 76 Le Lai, Ben Thanh.
