We haven't published an online menu yet — below are the house's three classic dishes, described without prices.

Cao lau

Signature chewy Hoi An noodles with char siu pork, Tra Que herbs, and rich broth.

Mi Quang

Proper central-style mi Quang — turmeric-yellow noodles, shrimp and pork, peanuts, grilled rice crackers.

Com hen

Hue-style com hen — spicy stir-fried baby clams, fresh herbs, cracklings, hot clam broth.
