Gánh Chả — Hanoi-style bún chả in District 1

Gánh Chả is a Hanoi carrying-pole shop at 90 Ho Tung Mau, Ben Nghe, District 1 — a fixed, independent shophouse bringing Hanoi's traditional cuisine to Saigon. The two baskets on the pole hold smoky charcoal-grilled pork and blue-white Bát Tràng bowls stamped with the shop's name; bamboo, rattan trays and baskets of fresh herbs make up the rest.

The signature lineup

Real photos, real dishes.

Said plainly: the owner's photo set has no bún chả photo. The four dishes below are all from the shop's real photos — the bún đậu platter, phở bò, bánh tôm, and bún bò Nam Bộ.
