Story
DẠ — the character for night, lit up
DẠ (夜) means night. On the 26th floor of Centec Tower, this restaurant takes the night itself as its material: contemporary Chinese cuisine, a crimson room, and a living stage every evening.

Chapter 1
The room above the city
Twenty-six floors up, Saigon shrinks to a ribbon of lights. Inside, the ceiling glows stage-light red that never quite goes out — and the long curved counter invites you to sit down in the middle of the show.

Chapter 2
A kitchen that performs
Every plate leaves the kitchen like an actor stepping on stage: crimson chili-oil wontons, glossy crab noodles — contemporary Chinese staged down to the last detail.

Chapter 3
The stage, nightly
Jazz, drag, classical — the program changes nightly, but one thing never does: dinner at DẠ always moves to the rhythm of the lights.
