The story

The story of Mai’s kitchen

Mai Quán began as a small kitchen at 287/31 Nguyen Dinh Chieu — a red tomato broth, hand-shaped big crab cakes, crunchy snails. No fuss, no rush: the quán opens afternoons, 13:00–20:00 daily, serving a proper home-kitchen late lunch.

CRUNCHY SNAILS

For the snail lovers

Snails cooked just right — crunchy, never fishy — the most re-ordered extra.
