Brick, sunlight and coffee roasted on site
Anh Coffee Roastery was designed by Red5studio and completed in 2021: a monochrome terracotta-brick building — floors, walls, bar counters and even the facade are clad in the same salmon-hued brick tiles.
The 374 m² space seats around 200: a sunlit dining hall under a flowing wire-mesh canopy, a curved espresso bar hugging round windows, wooden shelves of cups and warm-lit bags of roasted beans — with the roaster right inside the café.

The roaster sits right inside the café — beans roasted, ground and brewed on site, with no middlemen.
Kitchen all day
Spaghetti, satay chicken skewers, shaking beef and the croissant counter serve from morning to night.
