The story

Two shores, one room

Chapter 1

Nikkei — where Japan meets Peru

Japanese immigrants brought sashimi craft to Peru and met ají chilies, limes and leche de tigre. Yunka cooks exactly at that crossing — Japanese-grade raw fish, unmistakably Peruvian brightness.

The dining room — fringed pendant lamp, onyx bar, herringbone floor

Chapter 2

Momentum Hospitality

The team behind Clay, Tinto and Brix — familiar names to Saigon's dining scene. Yunka is their Nikkei chapter: the same polish, but younger, louder, and open till late.

The glowing onyx cocktail bar — bartenders at work

Chapter 3

The room after dark

The fringed pendant lamp, tiled columns, herringbone floor — and the onyx bar glowing gold under the purple-washed ceiling. From 17:00, Dong Khoi has one more reason to stay up late.

Yunka's night storefront — green tiles and the YUNKA neon sign
