The name sets the ambition: 永久, eternity. Towa opened on the 28th floor of Sedona Suites as a skyline Japanese restaurant and lounge — floor-to-ceiling glass on every side, a wooden lattice ceiling overhead, and a long counter where the kitchen works in the open.
By day the room is all light and wood; at sunset the whole dining room turns amber as the sun drops over Saigon; after dark it becomes a lounge — city lights through the glass, chefs behind the counter, sake and whisky in hand. Two Luxe Global Awards in 2022 marked it as one of the city's destination Japanese rooms.
