Chun's multi-concept bar packed up its pi sign, crossed District 1, and rebuilt itself around a blue terrazzo counter on Nguyen Van Thu.

The blue terrazzo counter
The new room is built around one surface: a blue terrazzo counter that runs its length. Every pour lands on it, every photo of the bar is taken across it — it is the Pi's signature, set in stone and fleck.

Guests behind the counter
Chun's bar keeps its edge by inviting company: guest bartenders take monthly shifts behind the terrazzo, and the house's own coldest experiment — the Ultimate Martini at −23°C — never leaves the board.
