Since 2014, passionate sourdough bakers have been baking a corner of France into Saigon — and the fourth floor of 215 Lý Tự Trọng is where it shines brightest.
Tartine Saigon is a French artisan bakery-café-restaurant run by passionate sourdough bakers. Since 2014 it has grown to seven locations across the city: NDC, LTT, Thảo Điền, Lumiere, Vista Verde, BHQ and PMH.
The 215 Lý Tự Trọng branch sits on the fourth floor — guests climb four flights of stairs for a lovely view over Bến Thành. The room wears its signature mustard yellow: wishbone chairs, blue banquettes, wood-slat screens, brass cone pendants, chalkboards and a teal-tiled counter front.
Tartine is famous for sourdough, viennoiseries (croissant 40K, pain au chocolat 45K, cannelé 35K) and brunch — the English Breakfast, Tartine's Morning, salmon with poached eggs. Every day brings Happy Hour 15:00–19:00, and from 19:00 a 30% anti-waste discount on all viennoiseries, rolls and donuts.
