Sori Cafe & More — a French villa by the green pool, 20 Tu Xuong, District 3

An old French villa in the middle of District 3, with a still green pool in the backyard — where everything comes in pairs: the villa and its reflection, your tea and the color blooming at the bottom of the glass.
Everything herecomes in pairs
The villa and the villa's reflection. The wooden table and its reflection. A Cloudy Latte and the butterfly-pea blue blooming at the bottom of the glass.

The French villa, original
White plaster walls, black shutters, red tile roof, black timber brackets under the eaves. In the morning, sunlight streams through the black-framed glass walls. In the evening, chandeliers dye the courtyard gold.
The pool — the cafe's mirror
Jade-green pool tiles, water flat as glass. The pool is not for swimming — it's for looking, for reflecting, for sitting at its edge and seeing the whole villa upside down at your feet. A private sheet of water in the middle of District 3: that's why people come back.
