PIZZA ROMA
Pizza Au Feu De Bois — Brick Oven Pizza

The corner brick oven, burning since 1999.
Pizza ROMA sits on the corner of 66B Cách Mạng Tháng Tám — a pizzeria opened in 1999, one of the oldest in Saigon (Vietnam News, May 2026). Dough is rolled by hand at the open cooking station and baked in a traditional brick oven; inside are old brick walls, red plastic chairs and checkered tablecloths — a slice of old Saigon that reviewers call a “hidden gem”.
Beyond the pizza?
The kitchen does more than pizza — spaghetti, pepper steak with fries and tuna salad all reach the table.

Pepper steak & fries

Brick walls, red chairs, checkered cloths.
An open room, tables set close together, a few pavement seats — brick walls that look untouched for years, old fans and 1990s-era photos (Vietnam News, May 2026). No air conditioning, pure old Saigon.

Real photos from the shop — the neon corner, the dining room, the food.
