Palsaik = 8 colors — eight pork belly slices, eight marinades: each from natural ingredients, aromatic and nourishing.
Palsaik (팔색 — “8 colors”) is a Korean BBQ brand built around 8-flavor samgyeopsal. Each marinade starts from natural ingredients — ginseng, herbs and tonic flavors — aromatic and nourishing, the house philosophy. From Korea, the brand has spread to the US, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.
The centerpiece is the deep-red lacquered tray stamped PALSAIK: eight pork slices on perilla leaves, each flavor labeled in English and Korean. White tables with built-in grills, small stainless banchan bowls, black cups and PALSAIK chopstick sleeves — modern Korean through and through.
The Dong Du branch sits at 68–70 Dong Du, District 1 — a modern Korean room in earthy terracotta tones, open architecture with natural light, seating around 130–150. A gathering place for families, friend groups, dates and partner dinners. This site covers the Dong Du branch only.
