The independent Quảng kitchen
Mì Quảng Ăn Là Ghiền began as a small shop at 15A Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, across from Nhi Dong 2 Hospital, District 1 — no branches, no big signboard. The kitchen keeps the Quảng tradition: springy noodles, herbs chosen from traced farms, and Hoi An-style shredded chicken rice — the second signature that made the name. Small shop, always full, often sold out around 20:00.

Springy noodles, savory broth
Springy noodles, a savory golden broth — mì Quảng as the Quảng region made it famous.

Baby greens, traced farms
In the shop’s own words: the herb plate’s baby greens come from traced farms — mì Quảng without good herbs is only half the dish.

Shredded chicken rice
Tender free-range chicken, shredded and tossed with herbs and onion, sweet-sour garlic-chili fish sauce — traditional yet unmistakable.

Always full
A small shop, tables packed tight, always full — often sold out around 20:00. Coming early is the only way.
“One bowl. Hooked for life.”The shop’s name — also its promise
