Nearly twenty years ago, eldest brother Phong came to Saigon trying trade after trade — then boldly brought his Quảng Nam hometown specialty to market. From one small quán, Mì Quảng 3 Anh Em grew into a multi-branch chain, with 193 Cách Mạng Tháng 8 as the District 3 flagship.
