The story
Là Việt began with a simple idea: Vietnamese people deserve truly Vietnamese coffee — beans grown, processed, roasted and brewed by Vietnamese hands, on this very land.
Most cafés only brew. Là Việt closes the whole loop: a farm in Đà Lạt, a milling workshop, a roastery — then the bar. Every cup at Tú Xương passes through those same four hands: Farm, Mill, Roastery, Cafe.
Arabica & robusta from the Vietnamese highlands.
No marinades, no flavorings — just beans and fire.
Cinnamon, star anise and cardamom in the cup — only at Là Việt.
Open 7:00–22:00, all week including holidays.
The playful drinks
Cà Phê Phở was born from a playful question: if phở can be a point of pride, why can't coffee wear phở's aromatics for once? Black Velvet, Margarita, Tắc, Colada — each one is the café playing around with Vietnamese beans, and however it plays, it still tastes Vietnamese.
The space
Burlap sacks on the ceiling, a breeze-block counter, Edison bulbs — Tú Xương is a miniature coffee workshop in the heart of Xuân Hòa.
