The GRANDMUM story — grandma's jazz garden
A vinyl record, an alley garden, and a bar that only opens in daylight.
GRANDMUM is a cafe for vinyl lovers: the needle drops at 10 in the morning and lifts at 5 in the afternoon. In between is the Tan Dinh alley garden — green plants, wooden chairs, and coffees brewed like tracks on a record side.
Step inside and it's grandma's living room: old wooden chairs, framed paintings, burlap coasters — visitors' real photos show exactly that room, with basque cheesecake, a red berry drink and iced coffee on the dark wood table. Every material here is honest: kraft paper, woven bamboo, wood, ceramic, burlap — nothing glossy.
And then there's the omakase — the format for those who listen to the whole record side: FIRST /pure/, SECOND /traditional/, THIRD /creative/, DESSERT /seasonal/, and SECRET /still or boozy/ — the last course only for the curious. The omakase price is unpublished: ask your barista.

Why GRANDMUM
- A 5-course Vietnamese coffee omakase on a kraft-paper card — FIRST /pure/ → SECRET /still or boozy/.
- A jazz garden with vinyl in Hem 82 Vo Thi Sau — listen, look at the green, sip slowly.
- Three unmistakable 80k signatures: Coffee Punch, Coffee Colada, Phin Tonic.
- Pour Over Gesha at 450k — a rare premium pour for an alley cafe.
- Grandma's living room — wooden chairs, framed art, burlap coasters; honest materials, nothing glossy.
- The conical-hat granny logo ink-stamped on kraft — the cafe's own mark.
