Menu

What the counter pours

BOO SG publishes no full menu online — below is the two-list structure and what the venue is documented for, not a complete list.

Fancy — Vietnamese ingredients first

Geiko Fancy

The documented 280k pour on the Fancy list — the ingredient-led face of BOO SG's menu.

First-class ingredients

Nha Trang seaweed, Da Lat persimmon, umeboshi, rosemary–cabernet — Vietnamese and regional ingredients treated as first-class cocktail components, not garnish.

Signature

Classic — the canon

The counter old fashioned

The Caol Ila old fashioned in the venue's own photo — the Classic side done to standard, on the cold steel pass.

The curtain-revealed shelf

After 20:00 the bar's spirits shelf is curtain-revealed — a moment guests are documented waiting for in the night.

On prices

Cocktails are documented from around 250k, with the Geiko Fancy at 280k — beyond that the bar publishes no full price list online; ask at the counter when you order.
