Five years, one collective
From a tiny 2019 shop on Hồ Xuân Hương to the roastery on Trần Văn Đang — Vietnamese specialty coffee, roasted by the baristas themselves.
The tiny 2019 shop
Barista Collective began in 2019 in a tiny shop on Hồ Xuân Hương, with the belief that Vietnamese specialty coffee deserves to be brewed by the best baristas.
Trung Phạm and the farmer
Beans from Vietnamese farms, hand-roasted right at the Trần Văn Đang roastery — by an all-barista team.
“When guests taste a cup of coffee, beyond the flavour, they also feel the support for the farmer.” — Trung Phạm
A greenhouse in District 3
The giant portafilter on the roof is the shop's beacon — exposed brick, greenery and warm daylight create a rare calm in the middle of the city.
A new drink every month
Every month the collective releases a new creation built around seasonal Vietnamese produce — a reason to come back to Trần Văn Đang.
