Bosgaurus Coffee Roasters — The Opera House

Bosgaurus Coffee Roasters is the flagship at 12 Nguyen Sieu, Ben Nghe — every pour a performance, steps from the Opera House. Open daily 7:00–21:00, with most drinks in the 75k–89k range. Go for the theater of it: this is specialty coffee staged like a show.

Every Half Coffee Roasters — Pasteur

Every Half at 34 Pasteur, Ben Nghe is the roastery of the bunch — in-house roasts, a calm plant-filled room, fast WiFi, and a remote-work crowd. Daily 7:00–21:30, drinks roughly 60,000–85,000đ. The Citrus Punch and Coconut Blossom cold brews are the signatures to try.

Sipply Specialty Coffee

Sipply sits at 200 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Thanh — a specialty coffee bar that runs daily 7:30–22:00, later than most. Espresso drinks run about 60,000–80,000đ, with the full menu stretching from 60,000đ pastries to 120,000đ-plus signatures. A good pick when you want proper coffee after dinner hours.

Soo Kafe

Soo Kafe, 35 Phan Chu Trinh, Bến Thành, is the late one — open daily 8:00–23:00, drinks in the 60–85K range. A library-like room that works as well for an evening wind-down as for a morning start.

Tonkin Specialty Coffee

Tonkin brings a cozy, rattan-lit room to 91 Lý Tự Trọng, Bến Thành. Daily 8:00–21:00, and notably gentle on the wallet at 49–69K a drink. The kind of place you settle into for an hour and stay for three.

Whisfee Café

Whisfee Café does double duty: coffee by day, beer and whiskey by night, on the first floor at 14 Tôn Thất Đạm, District 1. Daily 9:00–23:00, drinks 40–95K. Come for a morning coffee under the red neon sign; stay if the evening calls for something stronger.
