Story

The 110 corner — the street corner is the shop.

No grand signboard — just a corner at the Nguyễn Thiện Thuật intersection, open from 6 in the morning, endless iced-tea refills, free parking on two sides.

That intersection corner is the shop's biggest signboard: sitting right on the corner, everyone finds it without long directions.

Mornings belong to the open ground floor and the first coffee of the day; afternoons move to the private cold room upstairs — strong wifi, laptops open all day, handy for small group meetups.

Iced tea is refilled nonstop, outside food is welcome since food stalls crowd the streets around, and on weekends the shop screens football for the whole neighborhood.

Dâu dừa

The reviewers' favorite: strawberry jam, yogurt and coconut, served with a glass of fresh coconut water — no official price published, ask the staff when ordering.

Weekend football

The shop screens football on weekends — arrive early for a good seat on the open ground floor.

Two-sided parking

Thanks to the corner location, parking runs on two sides with an attendant — no space worries at peak hours.
