Ten floors above Turtle Lake

The Palm sits on the 10th floor of 10A Pham Ngoc Thach — an open rooftop deck facing Turtle Lake. At dusk, palm fronds silhouette against a violet sky while the pool catches the city's first lights.

Inside, the dining room glows with rattan chairs, brass pendant lamps and glass walls over the night city. The kitchen sends out international sharing plates — roast duck, lamb chops, seafood — for long evenings above it all.
