Chapter one

A name that is an address

157 Đồng Khởi — the number on the door is the restaurant's name. In the old colonial quarter, where every building has a story, Tables 157 chose the simplest way to be remembered: its own address.

Chapter two

The lantern-lit room

Inside, golden light from brass lanterns falls on cognac leather and dark wood. Arched windows open onto the street — a Saigon that is both classic and utterly now.
