The room is built around the counter: dark walnut wood, warm paper-lantern light, and roughly a dozen chairs facing the chef's hands. It is an intimate space by design — small enough that every seat watches the course being made.

The course runs nine movements: an omakase course, zensai, six kinds of sashimi, the grilled fish of the day, donburi, a special dish, five kinds of nigiri, soup, and dessert. The merchant posts one price — the Sushi Taka Omakase at 1,600,000₫ — and names the rest without prices. We show it exactly that way.

Sushi Taka sits at 8A/22 Thái Văn Lung, open Mon–Sat 10:30–22:30 and Sunday evenings 17:30–20:00. With about twelve chairs, the counter fills fast — call ahead to book.
