The Som Tum Thai house has several District 1 branches — this one sits inside Saigon Centre, 65 Le Loi. No street facade, no river view: the restaurant is a stop inside the mall, a few steps from the mall concourse to the table.

In the kitchen is lively Thai cooking: crisp green papaya salad to start, then curries, tom yum, pad thai and mango sticky rice — the house's familiar dishes, served generous and true to taste.

The way to eat here is to pause mid-shop: order for the table and share, eat a full Thai meal, then head back out to Le Loi street. Open daily 10:30 AM to 10 PM.
