our story
The Sancara Caffe story — a garden café at 23A Tu Xuong
A brand-new shop (late 2025), a garden in the city's heart.
Sancara Caffe opened in late 2025 in a townhouse on Tu Xuong street, District 3 — and quickly became a work crowd's haunt: a gravel yard, big terrazzo tables, brown leather chairs, plants everywhere, and a glass skylight pouring sun onto the tables.
The owner hires her own baristas — recruitment posts under Ms. Ngan's name ran across Saigon café job groups through 2026. The shop is built from honest materials: a copper-clad bar, speckled terrazzo tops, wood, leather — and a teal sign that glows after dark.
The signature is egg coffee. Desserts arrive on red plates — a tic only Sancara has. And the red velvet armchair by the glass windows, in a photo taken by the owner herself, is the boldest color note in the whole brown-toned room.

- Skylight + gravel yard — open sky inside a District 3 townhouse, rare on Tu Xuong street.
- Copper-clad bar — the warm metal accent among stone and green.
- Egg coffee — the shop's signature.
- Red plates — desserts always arrive on red plates.
- The velvet corner — the owner's red velvet armchair.
- A real work-café — laptops open in nearly every visitor photo.
- Free motorbike parking right outside.
Laptops everywhere in visitor photos — this is the deadline crowd's café.
The skylight and glass facade catch the sun — loveliest from morning to afternoon.
Dense plants from yard to hall — a garden in the true sense.
Big terrazzo tables and communal tables for larger groups.
Closes at 22:00 — not a night spot.
A quiet work space with shared tables — not for loud big parties.
