From Vo Van Tanto 9A Tu Xuong

Saigon 3 is the District 3 branch of the Xiao Mei brand — relocated from 157 Vo Van Tan to a much larger space on Tu Xuong street.

Before arriving at 9A Tu Xuong, Xiao Mei was already a familiar name to Saigon's dim sum lovers — 3 locations right in the city center: Tu Xuong (District 3), 938 Tran Hung Dao and 877-879 Tran Hung Dao (District 5).

Stepping into the District 3 branch impresses immediately: bold Hong Kong style like the old TVB dramas — kiln-brick archways, red lanterns, circular-pattern walls. Three floors seating up to 400, with both a grand common hall and private VIP rooms.

A dim sum menu of 40+ varieties: thin-skinned scallop har gow, crispy shrimp cheung fun, siu mai, salted-egg custard buns — plus the famous Peking duck. Every morning from 7am, the steamer baskets breathe again.

“Hong Kong style like the TVB dramas — a 40+ dim sum menu to choose from freely.”
