STORY

Saffron — flavours of India

The restaurant takes its name from saffron — the world’s most precious spice, the red-gold at the heart of Indian cooking. At 147 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Saffron serves curries, tandoor and vegetarian dishes across lamplit floors.

The name

Saffron — the spice. The red-gold of the crocus stigma is the room’s palette too: warm lamps, dark wood, gold accents.

II

Three floors

A multi-story restaurant: intimate tables for family dinners, private rooms for parties — plus the restaurant’s own banquet and catering service.

III

Evenings with music

Live performances light up Saffron’s evenings — Indian food under warm lamps and music.
