The shift
Coffee workshop by day, bar by night
RAW + Atelier runs 18 hours a day on the same floor. By day it is a bright coffee workshop; by night the lights drop and the bar — same room, same team — shifts to the 'Off The Script' menu until 02:00.
PM — the bar
At night the bar takes over with 'Off The Script': classics taken apart and rebuilt Jimmy Nguyen's way, served until 02:00.
