PK's founder was an opera singer. The room keeps a performance's tempo: doors at 17:30, slow pours, low volume — and the bottle, not the noise, holds the stage.

250+ bottles are shelved like books: by region, by distillery, by story. Regulars read the shelves like a friend's bookcase — and always find an unopened chapter.
