The day shift — coffee and breakfast
From 8 AM the room serves egg coffee and breakfast — a quiet retro café a short walk from Ben Thanh Market, before it becomes a bar.

A retro bar run by one family — egg coffee by day, and every night from 20:00 a live band takes the small stage, in a room where regulars are remembered by name.
The stage — two shifts
Phương's opens at 8 AM with egg coffee and breakfast at small tables; by evening the lights drop, the bar takes over and at 20:00 the band steps onto the retro stage — one room, two lives.

From 8 AM the room serves egg coffee and breakfast — a quiet retro café a short walk from Ben Thanh Market, before it becomes a bar.
Every night from 20:00, local artists play the small retro stage — taking requests, working the crowd, and turning the bar into an intimate listening room.
Three frames to open
The painted roundel sign, the back-bar shelves on brick and a singer on stage — how an evening at Phương's opens.
The bar's logo painted straight onto the red timber front — Phương's face on Ly Tu Trong.
The back bar stacks its bottles on exposed brick under warm light — the retro backdrop to every pour.
A stage sized for a band and a singer — close enough that the audience sits right at the singer's feet.
Inside the room
Brick walls, mezzanine string lights and the small stage — Phương's through its guests' own photos.
