PASHA, THE GRILL MASTER'S LAMP-LIT ROOM.
A Turkish-owned grill house at 25 Đông Du — skewers, manti, hummus and kunefe under glowing mosaic lamps, in a room made for groups.

Sliced döner, charcoal skewers, fries, pita and salad — the mixed grill on the wooden board is the house signature, exactly as their own photo shows it.
Turkish-owned and personally run — an Ottoman-inspired menu by someone from the cuisine's home ground.
Everything on the grill is halal — the whole table can order freely.
Dozens of mosaic lamps over dark brick and leather booths — the room reads as a jewel box by evening.
The menu's heart: beef and lamb köfte, six ways, from the house's own posted menu.
Six real photos — the mosaic-lamp dining room, the room at night, the Turkish coffee service, the mixed kebab platter, the mixed grill and Turkish coffee on a brass tray.
