Chapter 01

Up the stairs

At street level, 63 Ho Tung Mau is a brightly lit GS25. The stairs to the first floor open onto a different world: quiet, full of light, and a bar run like a laboratory.

Chapter 02

Nagumo's methods

Shuzo Nagumo is one of Tokyo's most cited bartenders, known for bringing centrifuges and vacuum distillation behind the bar. At ÔMM he applies the same system to tea — the house's central material.

Chapter 03

Open at nine

The 09:00 opening is not a typo: by day ÔMM is an exhibition space where tea is served alongside the artwork; cocktails run until midnight. The bar was named in Tatler's Best Bar of the Year 2025 list — Highly Recommended.
