NORI opened on Ly Tu Trong with a simple idea: a Japanese drinking house doesn't have to hide in an alley. The terrace opens to the street — rattan chairs, daruma lanterns overhead — and from 6 PM the whole corner knows the lights are on.

The kitchen turns out daily-cut sashimi, charcoal skewers, sushi and rolls, hotpots — plus a cocktail bar with signature pours. At lunch the room slows down for the 150,000đ set feeding downtown office crowds.

After dark NORI changes character: the DJ turns up, the terrace fills, and Ly Tu Trong becomes the stage. This is Saigon-after-dark izakaya — joyfully loud, and open till 1 AM.
